Make yourself at home

Three little steps. Then, breathe.

    Open the download.

    Find JustAPause-macOS.dmg in your Downloads folder and double-click it.

    Drag. Drop. Done.

    Drag JustAPause into the Applications folder in the installer window.

  3. 03

    Find your rhythm.

    Open the app from Applications, choose your break schedule, and look for us in your menu bar.

Already have a license? Choose Manage license… in the app’s menu, paste the key from your Polar purchase, and select Activate.
