  1. Step 1

    Install

    Open the downloaded file and drag Just a Pause into your Applications folder, then open it. It lives in your menu bar.

  2. Step 2

    Paste your license key

    Your key is in the receipt email from Polar. Lost it? Find it in the customer portal with the email you bought with.

  3. Step 3

    New Mac?

    Deactivate the old Mac in the app's settings, or remove it in the customer portal, then activate the new one with the same key.
