14-day money-back guarantee
There is no free trial, so every purchase of Just a Pause comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the app doesn't work for you, or you simply change your mind, you get a full refund. You don't have to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@justapause.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Send it from the email address you used to buy, or include your order number.
We usually process refunds within a couple of business days. The money goes back to your original payment method through Polar (polar.sh). Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
After a refund
Once you are refunded, your licence key is revoked and the app stops working. Please delete it from your Mac.
After 14 days
After 14 days we don't normally offer refunds. If something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway. We will do what's fair. This policy does not affect your rights under consumer law.
